Using our own Free Range Pedigree Pork, it is dry cured by our own expert butchers, which means the curing salt is rubbed in to the pork by hand and left to cure for 2/3 weeks to give it that real Traditional bacon taste (as bacon used to taste). Then sliced to a good thickness so it wont shrink to nothing in the pan like a lot of other bacons do!!
