We aim to provide you with the highest quality service possible. We use a reliable national courier to deliver your order fresh to your doorstep. This will be delivered in our secure, chilled boxes to ensure you receive your goods as fresh as when they are packed.

Delivery Charges
Delivery will be charged at the following rates:

• Orders up to £49.99 delivery costs will be £9.99
• Orders of £50 - £99.99 delivery costs will be £4.99
• Orders of £100 or over delivery will be free of charge

All delivery charges are for a delivery to one address in the UK mainland only. Deliveries will be made from Tuesday through to Friday. For a Saturday delivery there will be a £5 surcharge. Delivery Schedule
We can deliver your order on a day that is convenient your for you from Tuesday to Saturday (There will a £5 surcharge for a Saturday).

If you have not requested a timed delivery all orders will be delivered between 8:30am and 5:30pm on the that you have requested. For these orders it is essential that you provide instructions for delivery should you be out when the goods are delivered. This could include a safe place to leave your order i.e. porch, garage, neighbour, etc.

For your convenience when placing your order you can arrange a delivery to your workplace, a neighbour or friend for no extra charge.

As all orders are freshly prepared we have provided a delivery timetable below.

* Excluding Bank Holidays. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day will be classed as Bank Holidays and restriction may apply.

Delivery Packaging
Your order is made up the day before delivery. It is packed in an insulated polystyrene box which is packed with ice gel in order to keep the goods chilled and bubble wrapped to help protect during transit. This method of packing ensures the goods are delivered to you in the same condition as when they are packed in our shop. It is then sent on an over-night carrier to your requested delivery address.
