Plumgarths-Prime-Lamb

We source our Lambs from our own farm cumbrian farm and surrounding farms. It consists of sum 500 acres with approx 85 acres of Prime Salt Marsh. Our Lambs are slaughtered Just 5 miles from the farm which reduces food miles and stress on the animals, which reflects in quality and succulence of the meat. The lambs are then hung to allow the natural breakdown of the meat fibres and give it a unique tenderness. All our lambs meat the stringent requirements of the Quality Standard Mark.
