Our beef is traditionally reared and naturally grazed to ensure all our animals are of the finest quality. Situated in a prime agricultural area, in the South Lakes, is an ideal location for producing the highest quality livestock. The beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days to ensure maximum flavour and tenderness. It is then served or delivered to you, chilled and ready for cooking or freezing.
