How to order

Telephone:-

Download our Order Form.  Choose the items and quantity/weights required.
Call our friendly, helpful sales team on *01539 736300.
Please have your debit/credit card to hand to enable us to complete the transaction and agree delivery arrangements.
*Outside our normal business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday – Saturday), please leave a message and telephone number and we will contact you when business resumes.

Fax:-

The process is similar to that for the telephone.
Fax your order through, any time, on 01539 736073.
*Do NOT fax credit/debit card detail.
A member of our team will then contact you during our business hours to confirm the order and delivery arrangements and payment detail will be taken at this point.

In person:-

A visit to Plumgarths Farm Shop and Lakelands Food Park is a ‘day out’ in itself and we heartily recommend this, if at all possible, to residents of and visitors to this region.
We are open Monday-Saturday (inclusive) between 9am and 5pm.

Online:-

All your credit/debit card transactions are processed through a secure system.  They are not made available to any third party and are used solely in respect of your transaction with us and encompassing the agreed price.
Online transactions are easy!...and, via our efficient delivery service, we ensure that you are enjoying fresh South Lakes produce within a matter of days.

  • Browse through our shop, see the categories and products and, where appropriate, select the weight required.
  • Then, click the ‘add to basket’ button and place the items in your basket. You can check the contents at any point.
  • Happy that you don’t require anything else? *Better double check to be on the safe side before ‘going to checkout’ where you can check again, amend if necessary - and accept any delivery charges prior to...
  • Confirming your billing details and delivery address.
  • Now enter your card details as requested.
  • Double check again because, once processed via the ‘Process Order’ button, requirements cannot then be amended.

NB: Orders will be despatched only once payment has been cleared.
